Wine Country Reservations offers a lot ideas and things to consider when visiting Napa Valley like what airport to fly into and why or what time of year is best to visit Napa Valley . Wine Country Reservations offers value-added reservations services by providing an insider’s perspective and advice regarding all that Napa Valley has to offer the first time visitor or the seasoned professional.  Mary and her Insider Concierge staff have done extensive research at the wineries, restaurants, hotels and activity companies enough to help you make the best of your trip to the premiere wine country in the United States – Napa Valley.

Where to Start:
Use the Napa Valley trip planner on the homepage, enter your dates of travel and number of people in your party. Go through the steps from Lodging to Winery Tours to Activities to Restaurants. Enter your contact information, typically we will call you within 24 hours. If you’re really serious and know exactly what you want, then book it. We capture your credit card information when you “book it” however it is not a live charge. We do not charge your card until we have confirmed your plans with you. We will not make any reservations on your behalf or provide any advice over the phone or email in excess of five (5) minutes until we have received your credit card information which gives us authorization to make reservations on your behalf and charge your credit card according to your approved Napa Valley itinerary.

Napa Valley Lodging Reservations - Hotels, Bed & Breakfasts, Inns and Motels
All Lodging Property reservations are guaranteed with your credit card and billing information it will either be referenced  . You will be subject directly to their cancellation policies. Most other reservations and appointments will be posted to your credit card by “WineCountryReservations.com”. Typically the Lodging Property will charge your card upon checkout and all lodging property room rates are subject to Napa County’s Transient Occupancy Tax of 12%. Our system quotes your selected rooms with the tax included so that you really do have a firm grasp on how much it will actually cost you when it’s all said and done.

On custom itineraries we always contact you prior to charging your credit card and give you fair warning in case you want to change cards or make an adjustment. If you want to do more than that and want some help on where to stay, what to do and where to eat the best food then start with us and we’ll make sure that’s exactly what happens!

Cancellations, Changes & Handling Fees

Handling Fee: There is always a 3% credit card processing fee.
Change Fee: Once your reservations are completed and confirmed and we have set you your final email and subsequent changes need to be made, date change, venue change, a portion of your itinerary needs to be cancelled, etc. there is a $25 change fee however you are still subject to the cancellation policies of each lodging property, winery, restaurant or activity company.
Cancellation Fee: Wine Country Reservations basic cancellation policy is our partner’s cancellation policy which will be printed on your final email documentation that says “THIS IS YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION”. Should you need to cancel your reservation at anytime after everything is confirmed, Wine Country Reservations assesses a $50 cancellation fee to your credit card on file in addition to any cancellation fees associated with our partners.

"Help! I need a room this weekend!" - Room Hunt Fee
There is a $50 “hunt” fee for us to track down the last room in town that is ideally in your price range with the amenities you would prefer. If we find a room for you and book it, we will waive $25 of the $50 fee. Hunting down a room night a week out or less means that we may make up to 30 phone calls before we find a room plus the phone calls back to you to get your approval – it’s a lot of work which is why you are asking us to do it in the first place. Please keep in mind that when you make these reservations directly or through Wine Country Reservations you are within the lodging properties cancellation policy. In other words, whether you make it or not you will be responsible for the room charges.

Appointments & Reservations
All restaurant reservations and winery appointments have a handling charge of $5 per reservation or appointment. Any other lodging property that we do not have a relationship with has a $25 surcharge for our time (this does not apply for Hunt Services).

Whether you are first time visitors or have been here before our Insider Concierges are here to advise our clients on how best to spend their time and money when they come to Napa Valley. Book your entire itinerary online. We’ll handle all the reservations, confirmations and answer any specific questions you may have about your choices. You will be charged the costs of your reservations including our standard credit card processing fee (3%).

“I just want some good recommendations of places we should go…”
Our insider concierges will be happy to assess your needs and make excellent cost-effective and time-efficient recommendations and suggestions on lodging properties, Napa Valley wineries, Napa Valley restaurants, Napa Valley attractions, packages and other great things to see and do in Napa Valley.  Wine Country Reservations" Insider Concierge staff will spend up to 30 minutes on the phone with you for $35 and send you notes on your discussion for your reference along with your receipt via email.

Wine Country Reservations«
