Wine Country Reservations: Responsibility, Terms & Conditions

RESPONSIBILITY:
The responsibility of Wine Country Reservations and/or its agents are limited. Wine Country Reservations acts only as an agent for clients in regard to travel. Wine Country Reservations assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasional either by reason of defect, through acts of God, war, fire, breakdown in machinery, riots and strikes or from any causes beyond the control of Wine Country Reservations. Tour services including tee times, services, activities, transportation and lodging are furnished by independent contractors (Vendors) and do not act for or on behalf of Wine Country Reservations. The acceptance of tour arrangements is deemed to be consent to the above. Wine Country Reservations is not reliable or responsible in any way whatsoever for any act, error or omission or for inconvenience, loss, damage, injury or death arriving out of tour arrangements.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
Wine Country Reservations collects credit card information and passes this information to the Vendor on behalf of the client, to secure reservations, bookings, etc. per the instructions of the client. Some vendors require a deposit to confirm a reservation, most do not. Some vendors require a larger deposit during peak or holiday times. In the event that a deposit is required, the Vendor will deal directly with the client. Wine Country Reservations does not collect Vendor deposits.

Wine Country Reservations presents travel options to the client based on client selections. There are dates and times when specific Vendors, specific products with specific Vendors may not be available. In these instances, Wine Country Reservations will make every effort to immediately notify the client and make alternative, comparable suggestions.

Vendors supply pricing information to Wine Country Reservations. Wine Country Reservations makes every effort to ensure the prices displayed in the Trip Quote are accurate. There are special Holiday and Special Event days that may carry additional fees with some Vendors. In these rare cases, these additional fees may or may not be included in the total price displayed. Clients will be advised of any additional fees due prior to confirmation

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Wine Country Reservations must receive all cancellations in writing. Once a client completes the booking procedure and Wine Country Reservations confirms the booking with the Vendor per the client instructions, the client is then subject to the cancellation policies of each individual Vendor and the cancellation policy of Wine Country Reservations. It is the responsibility of the client to coordinate any refunds etc. from each individual Vendor if refunds are due.

In the event of any cancellation, for any reason, Wine Country Reservations will charge a $25.00 cancellation fee.

CHANGES:
Changes made to existing reservations may be subject to a $25.00 change fee and / or any fees charged by the travel supplier.

GOLF TEE TIMES:
All golfers must check in at least 30 minutes prior to tee time. Tee times missed due to late check in or due to weather related issues will be handled on an individual basis by each course and are not the responsibility of Wine Country Reservations.

WINERIES:
The Winery Vendors listed on Wine Country Reservations are exclusive and professional. Winetasting appointments missed due to late arrival for any reason will be handled on an individual basis by each winery and are not the responsibility of Wine Country Reservations. The Winery Vendor may charge the full fee or a partial fee for rescheduling the winetasting product, in the event of a late arrival or no-show. It is in the Winery Vendor"s sole discretion how to handle no-show situations, and in no way is the responsibility of Wine Country Reservations.

NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES:
Refunds or allowances will not be made for transportation, accommodations, tee times, services or other portions of the trip, which are unused on or, after the tour departure date.

INSURANCE:
Clients are strongly advised to protect themselves with traveler's insurance. Optional cancellation, accident, health and baggage insurance are available to protect clients from unforeseen circumstances. Upon request, Wine Country Reservations will provide further information and rates. Insurance must be purchased at time of reservation.
